1. Event Scope

ANORA is an international business and cultural exhibition taking place from 04–06 December 2026 in Dubai, UAE. Attendance and exhibition participation are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Exhibitor Registration & Qualification

Submission of an exhibitor registration form does not guarantee immediate space allocation. All applications undergo a commercial review and qualification process to ensure high standards of product quality, export readiness, and category representation.

3. Trade Buyer Accreditation

Trade buyer registrations are reviewed to ensure participants represent legitimate retail, wholesale, procurement, hospitality, or corporate purchasing entities. The organizers reserve the right to verify credentials.

4. Event Modifications

While event dates (04–06 December 2026) are scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to modify specific venue configurations, floor plans, and schedules in the best interest of the exhibition and attendee safety.

5. Governing Law

These terms are construed in accordance with applicable UAE commercial exhibition guidelines and relevant international trade standards.
